Overview:
We are looking for a System Analyst with extensive experience in technical delivery and production support. This role involves overseeing production support, managing infrastructure, and enhancing processes to ensure high service quality and support continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production issues promptly, adhering to the Service Level Agreement with the business.
• Serve as a primary communicator with business users, ensuring issues are clearly explained and resolved.
• Continuously improve support processes to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
• Ability to manage production delivery independently.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support, with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with infrastructure setup and DevOps practices.
• Strong full-stack experience, particularly with .NET, MSSQL, and Java.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to maintain performance under pressure with a strong commitment to service quality.
• Provide weekend support when necessary for urgent production or deployment issues.
