Responsibilities:
- Attending to the customer enquiries promptly and follow up with them in a friendly and professional manner
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Addressing customer service issues expeditiously
- Understanding and analyzing the market trends and changes in customers demands
- Liaise with internal department to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
- Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings and site tours with potential clients.
- Accountable for occupancy rate for all sales projects.
- Responsible for lease negotiations and follow up on terms of lease with tenants.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with tenants to generate referrals & to obtain repeated business.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure delivery of high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring performance data and KPIs on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year(s) of related working experience
- Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).
- Strong lease management documentation and administration skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
