About The Role
Lead the development and execution globally, maximizing value creation by steering the product value chain from production to customers considering the aroma ingredient market developments.
How You Will Do It
- Support the development of strategy and business execution of investment projects, negotiate and implement co-manufacturing contracts.
- Lead cross-functional teams & projects, collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, sales, technology, quality, regulatory and controlling functions.
- Drive portfolio management that covers product positioning, sources of differentiation, portfolio optimization, evaluation of (process-) innovation projects from a market-oriented perspective, pro-active product lifecycle management and business ownership for product carbon footprints.
- Coordinate product related competitive intelligence with systematic build-up, maintenance and evaluation of market and competitor knowledge as foundation for optimized and strategic steering of the portfolio, including e.g., cost benchmarks.
- Drive pricing excellence with responsibility for global overview on product price development and active price and margin steering by defining global limit pricing, considering regional differences to optimize global value generation, and support long-term contract negotiations of Global Key Account and Multinational customers.
- Drive business continuity management.
What We Look For
- Minimum degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good negotiation skills and conversational expertise
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
