Responsibilities
- Render sound and timely legal advice on various matters
- Handle contract review, drafting and vetting, legislation matters, conduct legal and extra-legal research
- Conduct legal trainings for staff
- Handle knowledge management
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by Head (Legal)
Requirements
- Professional qualifications in law, called to the Bar
- Experience in legal work in private and/or public sectors
