Job Description
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Offer information on products, services, and policies
- Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet performance metrics and participate in training sessions

- No education requirement
- Prior Customer Service / Call Centre exp
