Job Title: Installation Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage a team of installers responsible for various system installations. This role involves scheduling, supervising, and ensuring that all installation projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Installation Manager will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in achieving departmental milestones and goals.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the installation process of various systems and applications.

2. Plan, schedule, and oversee installation projects to ensure timely completion.

3. Coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth installation processes.

4. Lead, supervise, and provide training to a team of installation technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

5. Maintain detailed records of installation projects and prepare status reports.

6. Recommend and implement improvements to installation procedures and processes.

7. Resolve any installation-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Manage day-to-day activities of installation teams, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, policies, and procedures.

9. Ensure all project milestones are met within the approved budget.

10. Address non-conformities, audit findings, and customer complaints in collaboration with the site team.

11. Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.

12. Participate in site surveys, pre-installation meetings, and quality reviews with clients.

13. Support sales teams during tender processes by providing resource estimations, including manpower and cabling efforts.

14. Provide cable length estimations for both tender support and project implementation.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field.

· Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects.

· Experience in the installation of railway communication systems is preferred.

· Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong knowledge of installation guidelines, procedures, and safety and quality standards.

· Proficient in relevant software and tools, with familiarity with installation tools and equipment.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others.

· Familiarity with safety requirements for construction sites.
