This role provides strategic leadership and supports hotel operations aimed at the luxury segment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire Excellence: Lead a high-performing team driven by a shared commitment to guest satisfaction and seamless luxury experiences, drawing from extensive experience in launching and managing luxury properties.
  • Strategic Financial Stewardship: Utilize strong financial acumen to manage hotel business unit budgets, ensuring sustainable fiscal performance and exceeding targets while enhancing profitability across all operations.
  • Innovative Operational Initiatives: Implement advanced technologies and best practices that optimize labor, reduce costs, and elevate guest experiences with personalized, memorable service, ensuring cost-saving and operational efficiencies.
  • Elevate SOPs: Continuously refine and align SOPs with emerging industry trends, driving consistency and elevating service standards in every facet of the operation.
  • People & Culture Development: Foster an engaging, inclusive workplace that encourages growth and professional development, building a track record of team retention and an empowered work culture.
  • Market & Competitor Insight: Conduct regular market analysis to recommend strategies that expand the hotel’s business reach and enhance its competitive positioning in the luxury market.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimize revenue, and strengthen marketing efforts, focusing on brand development and revenue growth.
  • Excellence in Quality Service Leadership: Establish and oversee luxury hospitality SOPs that benchmark against international standards, ensuring award-winning service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Over 10 years in senior management within the luxury hotel industry, ideally with experience in launching or repositioning brands and proven operational successes.
  • Strong expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, and financial stewardship, with demonstrated success in elevating 5-star service standards and driving strategic growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills, with a focus on innovation and results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
