Job Responsibilities
In Store POSM Execution
- Co-develop and execute in store marketing plan for all brand activations & innovations based on Marketing Calendar
- Manage collaboration with suppliers/ agencies regarding POS material/display/gadgets to develop, design & implement the best choice to achieve required objectives
- Execute & Track in-store merchandising and promotional activities across various Retail channels
- Provide back-end support in the tracking of marketing spend on a monthly basis
In Store Activation
- Liaise with Sales Teams & Field Sales Operations on in store activation scheduling based on Marketing Calendar
- Source for GWP Premiums to support trade activities & channel exclusive promotions
- Liaise with Agencies to ensure end to end execution excellence for all in store activation events across all JDE Brands
- Manage & Track inventory for all premium items in the Warehouse & Activation Agency warehouse
Administrative Duties
- Work with cross functional teams to reconcile monthly A&P Budget
- Manage procurement processes for all Trade related expenses
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopper marketing or Sales
- Sales experience recommended
- FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) market knowledge
- Knowledge of information system tools (AC Nielsen, paceman, TNS, GFK)
- Upper-intermediate English
- Able to work on major festival ( eg Chinese New Year period) in view of Store activations
