We’re seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our marine projects, specializing in open cut trenching, shaft construction, and pipe jacking. About the Role:
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and delivery. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects successfully, meeting all requirements and timelines.
- Manage project lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, technical construction, testing, and implementation.
- Estimate project efforts and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate with various agencies (LTA, SLA, HDB, NParks, etc.) to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, managing deliverables and quality assurance.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by the PE Board.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction, preferably with Main Contractor experience on LTA contracts; experience in sewer drainage projects is a must.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
