- Responsible for consumer satisfaction, staff development and operations management.
- Attend to clients' enquiries and feedbacks, including service recovery.
- Facilitate and ensure that work related to fault, repair, installation, maintenance and emergencies are completed within the appropriate timelines and standards.
- Understand site-specific requirements to address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, inspire and maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to customer guidelines for all site activities including safety standards and house rules.
- Plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily team meetings for review and development.
- Plan, design, and organise staff training programmes.
- Attend to requests and respond to emergency call after working hours.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing ACMV works.
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Manage Work at Height Certificate - Assessor/Manager.
- OFAC Certification an added advantage.
