- Perform preventive maintenance for ACMV equipment.
- Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with safety procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of service report for maintenance works.
- Attend complaint related to building aircon and ventilation works.
- Troubleshoot and rectify the issues on site.
- Any other ad hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in servicing single/multi split unit and VRV system.
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License.
- This position is open to Singaporeans and Singapore PR only.
