Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (Real Estate)
Our client, a leading bank is seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Banking Real Estate Relationship Manager to join them. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in managing and expanding the real estate relationships within the corporate banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients involved in real estate transactions, including developers, investors, and property management firms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to meet their real estate financing and investment needs.
- Originate, structure, and negotiate real estate financing transactions, including loans, credit facilities, and other financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics affecting the real estate industry and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate banking, real estate finance, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate client relationships and originating and closing financing transactions.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.
