Responsibilities
Procurement Support:
- Execute procurement transactional tasks such as year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz.
- Assist with audit matters.
- Generate system reports and provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations.
Administrative Management:
- Manage and execute administrative tasks, duties, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications.
- Experience with GeBiz and Tableau is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong team player with good planning ability and attention to detail.
- Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively, both in written and spoken.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in public sector procurement.
- Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
