Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to lead and manage a team of General Practitioners support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and directing the team to achieve clinical excellence, quality patient care, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success
- Develop and implement clinical and business strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning among team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement initiatives to enhance patient care and business performance
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in general practice
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage change, with a focus on innovation and improvement
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare operations
