Job Description
- Manage Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments for 3 leaders.
- Handle travel arrangements and process expense claims.
- Manage incoming phone calls, record meeting minutes for management sessions.
- Coordinate events such as town halls and webniar sessions as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, oversee desk and locker assignments within the organization.
- Update departmental organization charts regularly.
- Support invoice processing
- Oversee month-end time booking for management members.
- Be involved in events and ad-hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of secretarial and admin experience
- Strong business acumen, multitasking skills, with the ability to manage administrative tasks, support management team, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Team player, work independently, take the initiative, and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Proficient in managing schedules, multitasking, and handling confidential matters professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office
