Main Responsibilities
- Travel frequently between China and Singapore to engage with regional clients, explore new opportunities, and ensure strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence and client base
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and termination, to safeguard company interests
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to senior management
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to promote the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client feedback to enhance service offerings
- Work with product development teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands
- Track and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Provide general support and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management
