PC Deployment and Configuration
- Install, configure, and deploy personal computers and related peripherals, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
- Ensure that all PCs are set up according to company standards, including operating systems, software applications, and security protocols.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users for PC-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Conduct routine maintenance on PCs to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
- Manage inventory of PC hardware and software licenses.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of PC configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Updates of support tickets and resolutions details on job completion.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or relevant
- Welcome entry level (Training provided)
- 5 days work (Monday to Friday)
- Islandwide work locations (Mostly in the East / Central areas)
- Salary $2300 - $2800
