Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement governance and compliance policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Review and draft governance policies, ensuring alignment with regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in internal audit projects for global operations, ensuring compliance with standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage risk activities, including assessments, mitigation strategies, and ongoing monitoring.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address emerging compliance issues.
- Lead training sessions to educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to business units on compliance-related inquiries, including audits and regulatory matters.
- Engage with external stakeholders, regulators, and industry groups to stay informed on compliance trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with global platforms to compile and submit quarterly compliance reports, ensuring consistency and transparency.
- Prepare quarterly reports for the Global Executive Committee and the Board, ensuring timely and accurate submissions on compliance and governance matters.
- Support local compliance officers by offering guidance to maintain consistent practices across platforms.
- Manage the Group's e-onboarding project for KYC, KYB, and KYE systems.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance governance, risk management, or related fields, preferably in a consultancy role.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including sanctions, AML/CTF, ABAC regulations, risk management and data protection compliance.
- Solid understanding of statutory and legal compliance frameworks, with experience in multiple jurisdictions preferred.
