- Provides check in, check out and to deliver service quality during the guest journey.
- Check, follow up and coordinate daily affairs.
- Provide supervision, training, motivation, and coaching to the Front Desk staff.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination of daily operations among all departments, staff, and managers.
- Propose and introduce improvement scheme in system, work procedures and service standards.
- Support the Front Office Manager and department in ensuring compliance with Front Office policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to property fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and requests, delivering personalized service to create memorable experiences.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
