Management of renovation/construction projects for residential & commercial (office, retail, F&B, etc)
Job Description:
- Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
- Organising work schedules
- Checking work techniques are correct and safe
- Assisting project managers with planning work activities
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of working experince in related field preferred
- Candidate must be fit and able to go to construction site.
- Must be able to drive and holding a minimum Class 3 driving license.
