Job Description


• Daily picking, sorting and packing goods for local outbound shipment
• Accountable to replenishment of goods and packing supplies timely
• Report any discrepancies to immediate superior and ensure any operational issues are addressed promptly
• Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with safety requirements
• cycle count and stock take
• Prepare and process purchase orders for inventory replenishment and other warehouse-related needs.
• Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring that deliveries match purchase orders and are free from defects or discrepancies.
• Manage the organization and storage of inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are properly labelled and stored in designated areas.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address any return-related issues.
• Controlling the Purchase of Packing Materials
• Maintain accurate records of employee overtime worked on Saturdays.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager


Job Requirement

  • Warehouse environment
  • Basic command of English
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to lift and carry heavy goods
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Start work immediately will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Navision
