JOB PURPOSE
Assists the Department in providing professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
- Supervises the handling of full set of routine company secretarial documents;
- Communicates with clients independently;
- Oversee issuing of invoices and ensuring payments are made;
- Ensure filing deadlines are met;
- Prepares resolutions and correspondences to clients;
- Ensures accurate maintenance of statutory records for clients;
- Ensures accurate update and maintenance of records/information in ViewPoint;
- Monitor completion of time sheets;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma holder, finalist of ICSA preferred;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies;
- Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage;
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
- Good command of both spoken and written English;
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
