Job description:
- Administrative duties for clients’ management. (EG. Sending letters / gifts / cards / following up on queries and requests.)
- Administrative duties for organization matters. (EG. Taking minutes / managing campaigns and schedules / Filing / Scanning.)
- Handling phone calls
- Data-Entry in preparation of clients’ meetings and organization’s meetings
- Posting advertisements, Screening candidates and scheduling Interviews.
- Assisting to manage Social Media Account and content generation such as simple editing.
Job requirements:
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Social media
- Able to do simple editing on Capcut
- Fluent in English
- Good attitude, Has initiative, Meticulous and a Team player.
