The Senior / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality design solutions across various platforms.
Creating modern digital designs for our online platforms, coupled with a strong passion for traditional graphic design. Incumbents should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, preferring sleek, clean designs, typography, and layouts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and design brands, packaging design and marketing collaterals.
- Product photography, digital imaging, and digital guides
- Creation of marketing material such as EDMs, graphic elements for video ads, hero banner etc
- Develop creative concepts and art to complement the digital marketing strategy.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, packaging, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are produced on time and to the highest standard of quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to coordinate production and printing processes and ensure that all materials meet brand standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
- Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Animation experience is a plus (GIFs, After Effects, Edge Animate, UX Pin etc.)
