Job Summary:
To manage Sales policies, procedures and practices within Dril-Quip (Europe) Limited within all operating countries. To provide resources to support direct reports. To lead the sales effort in the DQE region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Facilitating sales of all DQ products
- Assisting Account Managers and Sales team on technical and commercial issues
- Directing resources in Company to properly support sales effort, including working closely with the General Manager, Manufacturing, Service, Projects, and Engineering to direct Company resources in the right place at the right time
- Travelling to area offices to directly support the sales efforts
- Reviewing quotes and sales orders for accuracy and relevance
- Preparing for exhibitions of products, giving input on which shows to attend and giving input on graphics and approach to the shows in each area
- Reviewing bookings and sales forecast for all areas
- Planning and preparing sales meetings
- Reviewing bookings and revenue budgets for the region
- Training and making sales calls with Sales team on an as needed basis
- Assisting Sales team on managing problems with customers on an as needed basis
- Targeting new areas for growth for the Company
