Job Overview:
We are looking for a 360 Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles. This position requires a dynamic individual who can develop and maintain client relationships, source top talent, negotiate terms, and deliver excellent customer service. The role is both client-facing and candidate-facing, requiring strong business development, communication, and networking skills. No experience needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction with placements and discuss ongoing hiring requirements.
- Negotiate recruitment fees and contract terms with clients.
- Proactively pursue leads and close new accounts.
- Maintain and grow a network of industry contacts to expand business reach.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
- Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure successful integration of candidates.
- Advise clients on current hiring trends, salary expectations, and industry challenges.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Write and post job advertisements to attract the best talent.
- Use creative sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Match candidates to client vacancies based on their qualifications, experience, and career goals.
- Coordinate interview processes, including arranging interviews and providing client feedback.
- Negotiate offers and contract terms between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruiter or in a full-cycle recruitment role is a plus.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build a strong network of clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
