JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
- File all project documents (soft and hard copies).
- Responsible to track project changes.
- Compile project summary documents.
- Gathers all project information; schedules, data requests,assignments,tasks, and project meetings.
- Process daily,weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold any qualifications / certificates related to Building and Construction.
- Preferably with experience working in Construction Industry.
- Good and Strong Communication Skills.
- With Leadership Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
