LTA project experience is preferred
· Design, coordinate, plan and manage the civil and structural projects assigned.
· Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of Structural and civil engineering works.
· Conduct structure analysis.
· Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.
· Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.
· Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.
· Prepare technical submissions for approval.
· Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.
· To ensure proper handover of project to client.
Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
The project coordinator (Civil/Structural) role is to ensure that civil and structural works are built in accordance with approved Structural Plans, Architectural Drawings and cast-in SWCs services are provided as per CCSM and Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings
