Job Description
· Perform month-end closing activities;
· Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting;
· Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash;
· Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structures and finance costs;
· Accounts and Bank Reconciliation;
· Enter accurate data into the accounting system;
· Assist in all other ad-hoc general administrative functions when assigned.
Requirements
· Candidates should possess at least 3 years of working experience in Accounts
· Able to work independently
· Able to handle Full Set bookkeeping
· Able to handle Accounts Reconciliation
· Familiar with Xero Accounting Software
