DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Gas and etc.
- Reviewing and management of all design documentation for Mechanical system, Chemical & Gas system and Control system.
- Plan and implement Project Management Control
- Able to understand construction shop drawing
- Familiar design calculation with Mechanical (HVAC, Process System and Others)
- Assist Project Manager to plan, and project execution
- Assist Project Manager to determine project budget, project schedule, and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff
- Manages and monitors site progress in project
- Collates analysis drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction project
- Identifies risks, review and advise in the risk-impact assessments and manages compliance to risk-impact management
- Direct, lead and support other project team in managing and executing multiple tasks and project
- Manages no inn-conformances, corrective and preventive actions process and ensures follow-up within stipulated timelines
- Experience on conducting, inspect and witness of welding & welder qualifications test mechanical test, materials receiving, and NDT testing.
- Able to verify of material requisition and taking-off quantities, site measurement.
- Able to prepare progress payment claim, variation orders and others.
- Develop project reports on a timely basis
- Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements
- Other related duties, as assigned
