JOB SUMMARY

  • The Change Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies for a global bank. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of organizational changes, driving business transformation, and enhancing overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Change Management Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Design and execute strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital transformation, organizational restructuring, and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Engage with senior leaders to understand their vision and ensure alignment with change management strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate change initiatives and gather feedback.
  • Develop and update PCC level plan which provides best practices which are picked up by initiative leads.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
  • Create engaging and informative content, including presentations, newsletters, and intranet articles.

People & Talent

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Work with initiative leads to identify Skill Gaps for their teams and identify and run interventions to close those gaps.
  • Embed skill-based organisation principles and tooling to GCFO (Talent Marketplace / Skills Passport / Role Profiles etc)
  • Create career toolkits to help talent understand what careers within GCFO / The Bank can look like

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years experience in the financial services space
  • Prior experience in change management, strategy development and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
