We are seeking a skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst to advance digital transformation projects for Singaporean government agencies!

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
- Conduct scrum ceremonies and lead the scrum team.
- Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
- Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
- Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
- Understand the IT management, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and system are designed to comply with these policies.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
- Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
- Experience in cloud (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.) is advantageous.
- Experience with low code platform, data analytics, cloud, design thinking and service design will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Experience in C3 (Command, Control, Communication), Business Continuity Planning/ System, or Crisis/ Incident Management System
