Responsibilities:
· Oversee on site operations, leading the teams to ensure timely completion of work.
· Manage and guide workers to ensure all tasks are perform in compliance with SOP.
· Report the project progress to the project manager, ensuring the project run smoothly and provide necessary support at the same time.
· Responsible for resolving issues at the work site.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experiences in interior or commercial renovation.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
· Ability to solve the problem independently.
· Good communication skills to coordinate with teams, workers and contractors.
· Good project management skills, including organization and planning.
