POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform HR administrations, handling of recruitment & selection
- Assist onboarding and off-boarding process
- Assist to maintain and ensure accuracy of information in the HRM system and physical documents (ie. Employee records, leave, claims etc)
- Monitor and process all work passes renewal and application
- Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
- Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Salary is commensurate with HR experiences in Singapore
- Locally Candidates must be familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Must be proficient in computer skills such as Word and Excel
