JOB DESCRIPTION
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies and procedures
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to HR management as needed
- Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics
- Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and managing logistics
- Assist in administering employee training and development programs to support career growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
