JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyse marketing campaigns to evaluate performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost
- Utilise data to generate customer insights and segmentation strategies to target specific audiences effectively
- Prepare reports and presentations with clear data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Develop forecasts and predictive models based on historical data to support strategic planning and budgeting
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and consumer behaviour insights
- Work closely with marketing teams, product managers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics
- Continuously enhance analytical skills and knowledge of tools and methodologies to improve data analysis efficiency and accuracy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
