JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization
- Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation
- Track and analyse training metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data
- Work with internal trainers and external vendors to deliver training programs
- Assist in managing the training budget, including cost tracking and vendor negotiations
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and evaluation results
- Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
