2. Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and have a seamless dining experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Encourage and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Turkish culture and hospitality.
3. Menu Knowledge & Quality Control
- Familiarize yourself deeply with the menu and be able to recommend dishes to guests.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Ensure that Turkish culinary traditions are accurately represented, whether in kebabs, mezes, or traditional desserts.
4. Inventory & Supply Management
- Manage inventory, ensuring all Turkish-specific ingredients are consistently available and fresh.
