Roles and Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and SEM.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with external partners to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Oversee the company's social media presence, including strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing services.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support HQ-driven SEM campaigns and provide guidance to subsidiaries on local digital activities.
Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, ideally with regional exposure.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Eloqua or HubSpot.
