Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain large-scale data center infrastructure and facilities for continuous 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
Job Description:
- Support continuous operation of data center infrastructure with 24x7 monitoring.
- Act as Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents, responding within SLA.
- Document all requests in the internal Web Portal ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Implement safety, security, and customer support policies effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspect completed work.
- Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance activities with minimal service disruption.
- Support internal and external audits and generate reports as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- ITE Certificate or Diploma in Computing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in 24x7 data center or facility operations.
- General knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Network Critical Infrastructure.
- Detail-oriented team player capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for 24x7 standby and recall as needed.
- Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays (3 days' work, 2 days off).
