Job scope
- Job delegation on day to day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.
- Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline
- Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.
- Perform operational training to team members
- Maintained records for all operational documents
- Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices
- Managed purchase requisition and system updates
- Overtime management for team members
Job requirements
- with 3 – 5 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider
- Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck
- Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports
- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems
- Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts
- Required to work days and required to perform overtime as requested
- Prior experience in managing medical related products would be added advantage
