Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom
• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers
• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department
• Preparation of all documentation for delivery
• Manage showroom and test-drive cars
• In charge of showroom and pantry area
• Perform administrative duties
