Job Description:
This role is pivotal in advocating for Company’s products among showroom owners, ID carpenters throughout Singapore. Candidates must possess a strong grasp of architectural specifications and excel in influencing product selection through impactful presentations and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, showroom owners, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
• Promote and introduce Company’s products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Showcase marketing tools such as standees, anti-bacterial decals, binders, and wire racks for display in showroom interiors.
• Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
• Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building materials and/or surfacing products.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively
