CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Managing project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Resolving conflicts and disputes that may arise during the construction process.
  • Preparing regular progress reports and financial updates for management.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
