Job Description:
We are seeking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Keeping up to date with the latest watch models from the brands we carry
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately
- Assist inventory management in an efficient manner
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous retail / customer service experience, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred
- Eager to learn and have enthusiasm for luxury watch brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
