Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of property officers and technicians on daily works carried out in few shopping malls and overseeing their daily operations.
- Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
- Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.
- Prepare and submit management reports to the Client.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate Business/Facilities Management /Project and Facilities Management /Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)
