As an Accounts Executive (Outsourcing Firm), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle full sets of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year end audit activities
- Provide advisory work on accounting to clients
- Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems
- Compile and organize accounts schedules and working papers for client use.
- Prepare documentation to support audit requirements and facilitate smooth audits.
- Ensure schedules are accurate, detailed, and organized for easy reference.
- Prepare necessary accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accurals, loan, hire purchase, etc
- Other adhoc accounting functions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related course of studies.
- At least 1 year of experience in outsourcing firm.
