Our client is an established shipping conglomerate looking to recruit and ex seafarer with relevant shore based experience in HSEQ within the shipping industry.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Draft Group HSSEQ Fleet Circular/Alerts – Action Tracker & Filing
2. Update and monitor Incident/NM record tracker in “KPI monitoring”
3. Update, file and trending of Monthly SOS report
4. ECP - Monitor audits, LTIF, TRCF – Tracking - KPI Monitoring – by month end
5. Monthly, Qtly and annual reports of HSSEQ & ECP reports
6. Track and follow up on all “ORS” reports until closeout actions are recorded.
7. Tracking the vessel’s schedule for TPA audits
8. Assisting the fleet team with new takeovers and handover MOCs.
9. Track the CA-PA implementation for NCR, Defects, Incidents closeout actions.
10. Record and file Quarterly Meeting Review, Crew/Vessel Feedback, Customer Feedback
11. ECP – IA report draft & closeout tracking and collate from different dept TS/MS & DPA.
12. Facilitate Group HSSEQ briefings for shore employees and attachments
13. Record & file HSE Fleet Statistic, SIRE FSC PSC, Incident Tracker
14. Assist the Marine teams as back up during emergency, crisis, drills and holidays.
15. Maintain & update the Group HSSEQ incident dashboard
16. Maintain and update the ECP observations & NCR dashboard
Non-PO Invoices (send to Esker directly) & New vendor creation in SAP MDG
Preferred Experience
• A similar work experience or sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships & operations onboard
• A similar work experience or adequate sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships and safety operations onboard.
• Good computer skills of MS Office Suite including Excel, Power Point Etc
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge on administrative duties including tracking invoicing, logistics, courier and parcel bookings.
