Tasks and Responsibilities
• Support the crewing operations includes recruitment, planning and logistics.
• Assisting/coordination the office briefing for seafarers.
• Support in E- APPRAISAL review and completion in the crewing database.
• Review in Crewing data base entry quality, create reports.
• Follow through the end-to-end process of the Cadet Progression Programme.
• Handle the day-to-day training and crew promotion related queries.
• Other crewing related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Preferred Experience
• 8 - 10 years in conventional fleet crewing (Tankers / Dry vessels).
• Self-starter, take initiative and well organized.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Education and Key certifications necessary
• Minimum rank experience of CO / 2E or Diploma holder in any discipline (Maritime preferred) with at least 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Crewing.
• MLC certification and ISM (Internal Audit) certification will be an added advantage.
