JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing healthy relationships with customers and creating new areas of sales
Provide efficient and knowledgeable customer service to secure new sales and repeat orders
Preparation of quotations, receiving and handling the processing of orders with accuracy in product prices, discounts and product numbers.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently
Retrieving of items and ensuring that it's customized to customers' requirements before delivery.
To schedule and coordinate deliveries and ensure they are made in a safe and timely manner
To supervise and assists in loading and unloading the items for delivery
Store and workshop duties such as stocking items, inventory and handle simple machine operations
Offer technical advice and information to customers as required
Maintaining daily and monthly sales records and analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Has minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Has minimum Trade Certificate or equivalent
Possess Class 3 driving license
A good team player and enjoy working in a team environment
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers
Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
The ability to multi-task and working hands-on
Able to commit long hours and work on weekends when required
